A dance-inspired conditioning class, Barre Fit® combines elements of ballet, modern dance and pilates to help you build stronger, leaner, more supple muscles.


Whether you are an experienced dancer looking to improve your dance technique or a complete beginner who wants to gain fitness and body tone, this class is perfect for you. With options offered throughout, you can work to your own level to improve strength and flexibility and get the slim, toned dancer's body you've always dreamed of.

All of my classes are inpired by dance.


Dance is fantastic exercise and great for the body and soul. It improves posture, builds core strength, and helps to develop a long, strong and lean look. I offer individual and group dance lessons and dance conditioning training to dancers of all levels.


Whatever level you may be – complete beginner or advanced dancer    –    I can help you reach your goals.




This class incorporates a mixture of styles: it is predominantly modern jazz but there will be routines that incorporate lyrical, musical theatre, commercial, contemporary or even street dance styles.


In previous classes we have done routines to Britney Spears, Portugal. The Man, Paloma Faith, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, and a musical number to Chicago.


If you are 14 years or over, love to dance, and you feel confident picking up a routine, this is the class for you.

This class is the ultimate workout: it's similar to normal Barre Fit® but it incorporates extra cardio elements to get your heart and lungs working and your metabolism firing.
