Based in the Deddington area, I am a trained dancer and qualified personal trainer with over 10 years' experience working in the fitness industry. I believe that balance is the key to a full and healthy life, and that exercise should be about learning to enjoy your body and all it can do for you. My aim is to spread the word that healthy living is a delight, not a chore. If you want to lose weight and tone up, improve general fitness or train for a specific sport or activity, I am here to help.

 

I specialise in promoting a healthy body image as well as conditioning for dance and I offer a range of services including group classes, personal training, private dance lessons, hen dos and parties and nutritional advice.
